2. Eligibility

The OffMarket Men Monthly $500 Cash Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, contractors, agencies, vendors, affiliates, and representatives of OffMarket Men LLC, along with members of their immediate household, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Monthly Entry Period

Each monthly giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last calendar day of the same month.

OffMarket Men’s systems are the official timekeeping method for the giveaway.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both methods have the same odds of winning.

Option 1: Qualifying Order Entry

During a Monthly Entry Period, eligible customers may receive one automatic entry when they place a qualifying OffMarket Men order that clearly states it includes giveaway entry.

Qualifying orders may include active paid Commitment shipments or eligible Ultra-Man offers that include giveaway entry on the product page, cart, or checkout page.

If an order is canceled, refunded, declined, charged back, flagged for fraud, or otherwise invalid before the drawing, the automatic entry may be void.

Option 2: Free Entry Method

To enter without making a purchase, email freegiveawayentry@offmarketmen.com during the Monthly Entry Period with the subject line:

$500 Giveaway Entry — [Month]

Include the following in the body of the email:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your state of residence
• A statement confirming that you are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your state
• One short paragraph describing what you would expect to change about your life if, 90 days from now, your energy, recovery, drive, focus, and healthy testosterone were meaningfully higher than they are today

Only complete free-entry emails sent to freegiveawayentry@offmarketmen.com and meeting the requirements above will be reviewed for entry. Entries sent or attempted to be sent to any other OffMarket Men email address are automatically discarded and will not be added to the giveaway.

The paragraph requirement is used only to confirm a complete free entry. It is not judged, scored, or used to increase or decrease any entrant's odds of winning.

Free entries must be received before the end of the Monthly Entry Period.

No purchase is required. Free entries receive the same odds of winning as purchase-based entries.

5. Entry Limit

Limit one entry per person, per email address, per household, per Monthly Entry Period, regardless of entry method.

Multiple purchases do not increase your odds of winning. Multiple free entry emails do not increase your odds of winning.

Duplicate, automated, bulk, incomplete, fraudulent, or abusive entries may be disqualified.

OffMarket Men reserves the right to refuse or disqualify free entries that it reasonably suspects are illegal, botted, malicious, deceptive, manipulated, or submitted through practices designed to unfairly increase an entrant's odds of winning.

6. Prize

Each monthly giveaway has one prize:

• One $500 USD cash prize

Approximate retail value: $500

The prize may be awarded by check, ACH, PayPal, Venmo, or another payment method selected by OffMarket Men.

The prize is not transferable before award. No substitution is allowed except at OffMarket Men’s discretion.

Giveaway entries have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, refunded, or exchanged.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Monthly Entry Period.

A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Monthly Entry Period.

The drawing will take place on or about the fifth business day after the Monthly Entry Period ends.

The potential winner will be notified by email. The potential winner must respond within five business days of notification.

OffMarket Men may require the potential winner to confirm eligibility and complete reasonable documentation, including a release, tax form, or prize acceptance form where required by law.

If the potential winner does not respond on time, cannot be verified, is ineligible, refuses the prize, or violates these Official Rules, OffMarket Men may select an alternate winner.

9. Taxes

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs related to accepting or using the prize.

OffMarket Men may require tax documentation before awarding the prize where required by law.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize gives OffMarket Men permission to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional payment or approval.

11. Privacy

Information submitted for the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, award prizes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Submitting a free entry does not automatically opt you into marketing emails or SMS messages. Marketing messages are only sent where you separately consent or where otherwise permitted by law.

12. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to follow these Official Rules and the decisions of OffMarket Men, which are final and binding.

OffMarket Men may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits false information, uses automated entry methods, abuses the promotion, attempts to manipulate the drawing, uses illegal, malicious, deceptive, or manipulative practices to increase odds of winning, or acts in a way that damages the integrity of the giveaway.

OffMarket Men may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, security issues, legal requirements, platform issues, or other events outside our reasonable control affect the operation or fairness of the promotion.

OffMarket Men is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, undelivered, delayed, corrupted, or invalid entries.

13. Release of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless OffMarket Men LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, service providers, affiliates, advertising partners, fulfillment providers, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your entry, participation, prize acceptance, or use of the prize.

This giveaway may be promoted on platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Klaviyo, or other third-party platforms.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

15. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

All federal, state, and local laws apply.
