Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each recurring shipment unless you cancel or modify your membership before the next charge is processed.

Changes must be made before your next renewal order is processed. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel that shipment before fulfillment.
The “50% off for life” benefit applies while your eligible Commitment membership remains active and in good standing, and while the product and program remain available. If you cancel, fail payment, abuse the offer, violate these Terms, or we discontinue or materially change the program, the benefit may no longer apply.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or end The Commitment program at any time. Changes will not affect charges already processed, and we will provide notice where required by law.
From time to time, we may offer one-time purchases, multi-bottle bundles, launch offers, or promotional kits.
One-time orders do not automatically renew unless clearly stated at checkout. Bundle orders may include different pricing, shipping terms, bonuses, giveaway eligibility, or guarantee terms as shown on the offer page at the time of purchase.
A one-bottle order is a 30-night supply. A two-bottle order is a 60-night supply. A three-bottle order is a 90-night supply.

OffMarket Men offers a 90-night money-back guarantee on eligible Ultra-Man purchases.
The guarantee is built around the actual routine: three capsules before bed for 90 nights. A customer must purchase enough Ultra-Man to complete that 90-night supply before becoming eligible.
To qualify, the customer must have purchased one of the following through OffMarket Men:
One-bottle and two-bottle orders alone are not eligible for the 90-night money-back guarantee unless the customer later purchases enough Ultra-Man to complete a full 90-night supply.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, duplicate requests, chargeback abuse, unauthorized resale, failure to purchase a full 90-night supply, or failure to follow the guarantee process.

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
