Shopify, Checkout, and Payments
Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify hosts our website and helps us operate checkout, customer accounts, order processing, subscriptions, analytics, and related ecommerce services. Shopify’s own documentation confirms Shopify merchants can publish privacy, refund, terms, subscription, and other store policies directly through Shopify.
Payment and checkout services may be provided by Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, card networks, banks, and other payment or accelerated checkout providers.
We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems. Payment details are handled by payment processors and checkout providers.
If you use Shop Pay or other Shopify services, your information may also be handled under Shopify’s privacy practices. Shopify says that customers who visited or purchased from a Shopify-powered merchant should contact the merchant directly for merchant-specific privacy requests, and Shopify may forward privacy requests to the relevant merchant.
Email and SMS Marketing
If you sign up for email or SMS marketing, we may use your email address, phone number, purchase activity, browsing activity, cart activity, and other information to send messages, offers, abandoned cart reminders, product education, launch updates, and customer communications.
We use Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing. Klaviyo’s own SMS privacy guidance recommends that businesses describe their SMS program, how phone numbers are used, and who they are shared with in the Privacy Policy.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.
You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase from OffMarket Men.
Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send transactional or service messages related to your orders, subscriptions, payments, shipping, support requests, account activity, policy updates, or other business matters.
Cookies, Pixels, Analytics, and Advertising
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies from Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Klaviyo, and other analytics, advertising, attribution, and performance partners.
These tools help us:
- Understand how visitors use the website
- Measure ad performance

Some of these activities may be considered “sharing” personal information or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some states also recognize opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required by law.
